I went to mexico for christmas
New Years happened
and I decided to write a few more songs for the album.
Happy 2009 everyone!
I hope this year is going to be as epic as it feels like it is.

Now, this is very rough..I'm very bad at finding good music the year it comes out, usually how it goes is i'll find a bunch of great 2008 records I missed in mid 2009.
Most of the music that made my year was spread all over the years, but I had to pick some off the top of my head for 2008 releases just because everyone is doing it, not all of these albums offer great songs all the way through (excluding Copeland, Dear and the Headlights, and Envy Corps) but they're all offering something I very much enjoyed.
I thought i'd do a list of Top Shows of 2008 as well. So let me think....
Radiohead - Thunderbird Stadium
Idiot Pilot - WHaMM in April (I saw them 4 times this year, so I picked my fav out of those 4)
Ryan Adams - Paramount Theater
Sarah Slean - Vancouver East Cultural Center (Can't Find Pictures of the Night)
